All made-to-order products are non-refundable.

Faulty return
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, or have any feedback or concerns, please contact us at studio@clothcollective.co directly.
Where possible, please also take clear photos to reflect the issue, so that we can resolve your query as efficiently as possible.

How to return a faulty item
If you wish to return a faulty order please do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
The goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging, so take care to ensure you have securely packaged your return. We do not offer a free returns service, so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.
CLJ Home Ltd (Cloth Collective) reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods do not meet the above guidelines.

Receiving your refund
We aim to process eligible returns within 7 working days of receipt into our warehouse.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund completed.
Your refund will be made via your original method of payment.
We advise that it may take five to 10 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Please note: returns are not processed over the weekend or during bank holidays.

Cancelling or amending an order
You may cancel or amend your order up to 24 hours after placing your order.
After this, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the original order value.
The order may not be cancelled once it has been put into production.
The maximum lead time is 6 weeks.
Upon receiving the finished product, should it not be up to standard for any reason, it may be eligible for a refund minus 25% of the cost of materials.
There is a very limited window where we may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch.

For our UK customers, please note that your statutory right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is not affected.

For Made-to-Order items, you may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing your order.

The same terms and conditions of returns apply to made-to-order items as stated above, and the items must be returned in the condition they were sent.

SHIPPING
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification via email with your tracking information.

UK
Signed & tracked service, delivery the next working day (however, this can take up to 1-2 days if over a weekend)

EU & INTL

International signed & tracked service, aiming to deliver within 3-5 working days for EU shipments, and 5-7 for INTL please note, for shipments outside of the UK additional taxes or import charges may be applied to your parcel on entry to your country, any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient
